• 1.1 Unlimited flight change on the same route
• 1.2 Change fee and fare difference will be waived
• 1.3 For passenger who has connecting flight must have the same booking code
• 1.4 Subject to seat availability
• 1.5 New booking must be made within 365 calendar days from the departure date on ticket

2. Credit account:

• 2.1 Retain the value of the flight booking in Thai Lion Air’s online credit account for future travel with Thai Lion Air to be redeemed within 365 calendar days from the departure date on ticket
• 2.2 Credit account can be used for both International and Domestic routes
• 2.3 The online credit account is to be redeemed before the traveling date for booking within 365 calendar days from the issued date of traveling and new booking must be made within 365 calendar days
• 2.4 Any changing tickets will not confirm if passengers did not receive any approved
• 2.5 Change fee and fare difference will be paid (If any). In the case of changing a new flight with a higher difference fare, passengers will have to pay the difference fare. And in the case of changing to a new flight with a lower difference fare, passengers will not be refunded the difference fare.
